- Sustainability: This metal is 100% recyclable. Often times, zinc will be recycled to be used in other types of roofing.
- Style: Shiny and industrial looking. Only available in the steel color.
- Cost: Cost-effective because it is only made from one metal.

- Style: Availble in any color.
- Cost: More expensive than metal roofing options.
