The 9th annual Catio Tour is event that is hosted by Portland Audubon‘s and the Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon‘s Cats Safe at Home™ education and outreach program. Cat Topia is a proud sponsor of this collaborative which aims to reduce the number of cats living outdoors! The Catio Tour  features different catios in Portland and the USA.
